Technical visit to the Kosgulana Mini–Hydro Power Project

Location: Kosgulana Mini Hydro Power Plant
Rationale: The mini hydro site is identified on Kukule Ganga in Molkawa Kosgulana village between the Dam site and the tail water outlet of Kukule Ganga Project. The main features of this project will consist of a weir across the stream, intake pipes, headrace channels and optional aqueducts, silt tank, forebay tank, penstocks, powerhouse, power substation and the 33kV spur line from the CEB transmission line to the powerhouse. Director of the Company Eng. Mahinda Tennakoon will explain full details of the project at site.
Target Group: Members of IIESL in all the discipline, Non-Members
Course fee and Registration:
Rs. 4000.00 (for Members of IIESL), Rs. 6000.00 (for Non-Members) Rs.2000 (for Student Members of IIESL) must be paid to the People’s Bank (Battaramulla) Account No 208-1001-8-1101173 of IIESL.
